Site Visit
Our team visits your restaurant to measure, photograph, and evaluate site conditions including curb profile, utilities, and ADA access points.
Design & Permit Drawings
We create custom parklet designs and prepare all construction documents needed for BuildLA submission and Alfresco compliance.
Fabrication
Your parklet is fabricated in our LA workshop using premium materials — steel frames, hardwood decking, and integrated planter systems.
Installation
Professional curbside installation with leveling, anchoring, barrier placement, and final compliance verification.
